This exclusive private rental riad has been designed for your comfort and well-being, offering multiple relaxation areas that combine traditional Moroccan architecture with modern comfort.
All bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning. In the low season, an auxiliary heater in the lounge allows you to enjoy cozy and convivial evenings.
The entrance to the Riad leads to a large, bright patio with a dining table for up to 7 people and Moroccan sofas. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. The Riad is air–conditioned in all rooms around the patio.
On the ground floor, you will find all the charm of the Moroccan style with the patio and the lounge where you will enjoy good moments of relaxation. When you look up, you will be surprised by the high ceiling and the glass roof.
On each floor there is a bedroom with en–suite toilet and shower room (1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed when needed).
Then the terrace on the top level to start the day or relax after a busy day in the red city.
There is a Moroccan lounge with a Smart TV. Wi-Fi is available and unlimited and you can enjoy international and sport channels.
The stairs lead to the Zaafrane room on the first floor which has 2 single beds (which can be joined together if required), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an en-suite shower room.
On the upper floor is the Alambar room with 1 double bed, 2 wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.
On the 3rd floor you will find the Majorelle room with 1 double bed, a wardrobe and a beldi bathroom. 1 single bed, to accommodate a 7th passenger, can be installed in this room if required. From the 3rd floor, you can enjoy the open space with a view on the Riad.
Continuing on, you will find the small private terrace where you can relax during the day and in the evening. It is composed of a table and 6 wrought iron chairs, as well as 2 deckchairs and a parasol (in mid and high season).
The Riad is air-conditioned in all rooms and has WIFI.
You will be provided with a bath towel per person and a welcome toilet kit (soap, toilet paper) for your arrival.
You can then do your shopping in the small shops of the residence. The sockets are compatible with French appliances – voltage 220 volts
